The section first deals with demographic trends that influence Ridgewater College's workforce needs, then documents the College's processes for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and orienting personnel. Several results of Ridgewater's commitment to its employees are documented in question 4R1, including information on employee security and safety, professional development, professional evaluation, and employee well-being.
